RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you return your item, you will receive a full refund within 14 days after we receive the return or proof that it has been sent. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but it must be returned in its original condition.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use, such as stains, perfume, or other wear.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will always do your best to find a solution.

Each piece is created specifically for you once an order has been placed. Please allow 14 days of cutting, sewing and wrapping of your garments before it’s shipped to you.
