From the very beginning of the design process, we consider what happens after a garment leaves our studio.
Our construction is intentionally made to allow for alterations by your local tailor. We leave room where it matters, use considered seam allowances, and choose construction methods that make it possible to refine the fit without compromising the character of the garment.
And when life happens
Even well-loved clothes can sometimes need a repair. A loose seam, a small tear or a missing button can happen.
That’s why we include a small piece of the original fabric with your order. Keep it somewhere safe — if your garment ever needs repairing, take it to your local tailor. The fabric can be used for small patches or repairs, helping the garment keep its original look.
